Yes, this will disable bulbcheck and switch to LED profile.

I had a couple of questions.

1. What is the gauge of the wire you are using in your harness kit?

2. Does your wiring harness basically swap the wire positions to the connector for the inner light? I am planning to buy the 6 pin connector, swap the wires myself, add the blue and orange wire and tap them to the outer light like you did and follow your coding. Will that work?

If you follow the DIY it will work, but why not just connect to the REM module?

I've been debating which method to use, EAS or OEM. Either ways, I will be making the retrofit harness myself by sourcing parts from the local dealer.
