For outside? None - they do more harm than good.

Covercraft has good options if you're willing to pay for it. PM me if you have any other questions.

Think about it - your old one ripped due to wind right? Which means the cover isn't sitting perfectly still on your car, it moves around all the time and rubs the paint. Unless your car is spotless when you cover it, all you're doing is grinding all that dirt, dust and everything else into your paint.

If you have to park outside your best bet is wax thick and often so there's a sacrificial barrier between the elements and your paint.

This, if a garage it's not an option then wash and protect the paint with as little contact as possible (hence two bucket method etc) and NO cover.

Make sense, I actually did wash my car always before I put the cover but was way too windy and it ripped where were the straps

Yeah, I have a very nice expensive cover but only ever use it when car is spotless and in off-season storage to avoid "garage oops" type things. Outside isn't great but it is what it is unfortunately.
