Used condition. No cracks or scratches to the screen. I bought this off a user here and never went ahead to install it. This does require either trimming the edges of the back of the screen or cutting a dash a little bit.

Sorry I missed this post. It is plug and play, except that you have to trim the system at the bottom to make it fit or cut slightly into the dash. Happy to send you pictures.
