KW V1 coilovers for Xdrive, installed on a RWD
There is a set of these for sale local to me. They are KW part number 102 20 00S. They are meant to be installed on 335ix, 340i, and 435ix. The seller claims he had these installed on his 435i rwd without issue.
Can this be done? Or is he trying to be a slick (scumbag) salesman? I searched, but didn't find anything definitive to my situation. Thanks |

In the other end Rwd coilovers on xdrive will hit the front axle boots.

You can install them, but you'll need to get a different passenger's side end link unless you have EDC. I'd check to make sure the xdrive spring rates work for your lighter front end.

very good point... would be stiff as heck... I suggest he gets the proper coilovers... I absolutely love mine (Flatout Suspension)...
