Does anyone know if the clamp on the turbo side of the downpipe needs to be replaced after a downpipe install? I installed a new ring gasket but reused the clamp

you dont but you might as well since you are there in my experience.

If your lucky that they don't break then you can... But then down the road it might break ....so choose your poison. New or old ( you might have to do it again)

I reused mine, and haven't had any leaks, or issues.

I was able to reuse mine as well. This is mostly dependent on your climate and condition of existing clamp(s). If they are showing signs of rust, then replace.
