Driving home from work (MHD Stg 1) everything is fine and then it's not. 35k miles, no bolt ons and nothing done at any point mechanically to create low boost. when i say low boost, i can't get over 3 ish lbs. No check engine light, no codes, nothing. Pulled out tune, Mhd and xph, no difference and no check engine light/codes. Very odd. I haven't data logged as it just happened and i pulled the tune out for a first base step. Anyone have this happen? 2017 M240 xi.

Very strange, any other symptoms of the way the car drove or idles? Upload a log when you can to check it out. Also, try resetting all adaptions on MHD's app besides the battery and see if that does anything

Either a boost leak or a blown turbo.

i tried resetting adaptations, still no good. I know anything can happen but a blown turbo out of no where? Is there history with this B58 turbo for that? I purchased pre owned a few weeks ago from a bmw dealer, so i don't know it's previous life. I'm not beating the u know what out of it though. Also, no check engine light and no codes is strange.

The weightgate may be open. In any case, a full diagnostics by a dealer scanner is needed to exclude a malfunction of the electronics. And so it is very similar to an air leak.

Totally agree, wouldn't a stuck wastegate throw a code though? The no code thing is what's confusing to me. I would think i should get a low boost, wastegate malfunction code or something related.

So, strangest thing i found today. Obviously thinking the worst on a new to me just purchased car. There's something going on with xhp, when i remove xhp, my problem totally goes away and i'm back to my happy boosted self. put xhp back in, problem returns. keep in mind, they were working together flawlessly prior to my ride home from work yesterday. i did reflash the xhp during work yesterday to change shift points so i guess that's where this happened.
Bottom line, no xhp, perfect mhd/boost. put xhp in with mhd or stock, and i have no boost, almost like it's in valet (it's not that i can tell).
Any thoughts or has anyone seen this?

Wow well at least you found the problem, sort of. I have a 6 speed manual so I would not know, haven't used xhp. Hope you get it resolved!

I emailed xhp to try and get an explanation. I'm not new to xhp as i've used it basically since it came out.
