Yes! I am having the same issue. Also the cic.exe is automatically deleted as a Trojan. I don't think I need that but was wondering if anyone came across that.

Also get this error when trying to connect. Esys connects fine.

And api32.dll was in the bin folder.

I read the fsc code via esys and then generated it via the fsc generator.

There's no DF reader and generator if I remember correctly.
