I also made a few runs very similar times 9.63 best...Idk ill request custom tune to f80 paul i hope he will max out my hardware

100 - 150 in 2.85 sec
100 - 200 in 7.12 sec (99.2 km/h to 199.3 km/hr)

4048 RPM in 4th = 99.2 km/h and 6212 RPM in 5th = 199.3 km/h

May depend on your tune, for me Sport+, Manual starting in 4th gear, changing into 5th at about 6500 - 6600 RPM

Not for me, about the same starting in 3rd, even a fraction slower.

Remain in manual mode changing in 4th at 6500 - 6600 RPM is fastest

Finally got to do some additional 0-60mph (0-100kmh) testing and hit a best of 3.43 (3.6). My previous best was 3.7 with 1500DA. Also been playing around with the xHP custom launch control and it definitely has helped. I'm thinking at -1500DA this thing has a 3.2-3.1 in it, but I wouldn't know since the HPFP wants to crash.

Really nice work. Is this on the Pirelli tires or something better now?
Once I get this turbo install dialed in I might be interested in a little bit more detail on how you worked through the launch control adjustment.

Still on the stock Pirelli run flats with close to 20k on them. Definitely shoot me a pm when you are ready about xHP custom launch control.

3.2, 0-60 with rollout is nuts! All the magazines use rollout. Any 100-200 or quarter mile data?

Hey man thanks! I havent gotten any new 1/4 or 100-200. My previous best in 1500DA was 11.8 at 117mph and 9.66 100-200kmh but my car has significant throttle closure issues. I will definitely try to get both times again soon.

Thanks, I'm lucky the M140i is pretty low weight but still has the B58 and ZF8. Your 0 - 60 times are great, jealous of your X Drive

I'm using it because I had already made one up myself prior to the general availability of flash tunes and it effectively enables me to adjust the torque/load/boost targets on the OTS tunes.

e.g. the MHD Stage 1 E30 map has a base torque/load target that typically generates 16 - 17 PSI.

Having a JB+ type device connected to the charge pipe sensor allows incremental increases in boost e.g. I'm currently running 18 - 19 PSI on that tune and ran another 100 - 200 in 7.3 seconds this morning.

JB+ and similar do mess with the reported boost, load and torque data coming via the MHD logging software so I'm rescaling boost based on MAP volts data in my logs. The 100 - 200 times and Virtual Dyno results prove the benefit.

Using it on the car when it was stock I got a 12.49@114MPH with a 2.07 60ft, could have been an 11.9 with the Hoosiers and a 1.77 60ft

My DIY version has a resistor and a potentiometer (creates an adjustable resistor) in a little black box that tucks under the engine cover. I sourced the male and female connector plugs, M & F contacts and wire seals from companies in Germany and USA. All up about $20 - $30 in parts and it was an interesting side project.

100-200 = 13.02
100-200 = 12.55 return

It really depends on the HPFP rail pressure and the load/torque/boost profile of the map.

If the BM3 E30 maps are like the 93 maps with high load/boost overshoot around 3000 RPM then you may already be at the limit of the HPFP and adding more boost will just result in a HPFP crash.

Do you have any current BM3 Stage 2 E30 OTS logs you can share? PM me if you'd prefer.
