I'm interested, but I think I'll go ahead and write what most people are going to think: Can the stickers be removed or are those painted on decals/stripes? Second, are those wheels painted black or is that slight blue tint just a reflection or paint/dip? Looks like a little curb rash.

Yes they can be removed, they are stickers. wheels are dips, also removable. Wheel are fine, just the paint falling off.
