(won't crank only clicks 1-2 times and buzzs)
(just replaced my battery, starter, and alternator)
car started for 1 whole day with a small knock it stalled out when i engaged the brake for the second time after driving around for a hour and wouldn't start again
any suggestions what to check?

That's the classic dead battery symptom, where it doesn't even have enough juice to engage the starter solenoid. You need to charge the battery, then when the car's running test the alternator output.

If the battery is good and it does that it could be loose or corroded cable connections at the battery or the solenoid or a solenoid that's toast. Any kind of shavings in the oil is bad news.
