It's not as bad as the rear in my opinion. The rear end on the new 6er is uglier then the previous model. The old 6er didn't look like it got hit in the rear end and BMW forgot to fix it. I saw a new white 650i vert today. Not impressed at all.

It's a RENDER!!! I doubt the front will be shared with the 3er, but the guy who photoshopped this added some 3er elements to it. That's. it.

![]() This will not look like an Accord ![]() You all sound like a bunch of E9X owners jealous over the fact that your cars will soon be obsolete compared to their newer models. SCOTT26 has said before that the 4 series car will be drastically different than the 3 series in styling. This is just a render of a camo'd 4 mule with a known F30 sport line frontend.

I own an e92. but miss the e46 coupé. Wish they would go back to a slightly smaller car.
I'm surprised about these renders, isnt it a bit too early for another 6 series??? |

I like it a lot. I also like the move towards more upmarket, since one of my biggest complaints with the current 3 series is that it's gotten too expensive for the quality and fit of materials it has.
My previous E92 335 started falling apart shortly after driving it out the showroom, and continued to do so until I got rid of it just 1 year later. ![]() Last edited by ATSR; 11-09-2011 at 05:35 PM.. |

Actually it kind of does. lol So does the MB C class coupe. Strange that a lot of things kinda look like the accord. Guess its the car equivalent of chicken. I like the new 6 series versus the old one. Not sure yet on E92 vs F32, we'll see.

![]() Keep in mind that the 5, 6, and F30 spy shots ended up looking pretty close to the final product so why should we believe F32 will be any different? |

BMW does this with literally every new modern car, not just the E46/9X. Planned obsolescence is necessary in order to drive sales throughout a model's lifecycle. Headlight and taillight detailing is a relatively simple and affordable way to spice up a design mid-cycle.

I agree with you. At this point BMW should be doing what Mercedes and Audi do; introduce LEDs in the first half of the cycle, then offer a more refined and sophisticated design in the second half. There's no reason why LEDs should be there in the first place, you're right about that.
