Connected+ ID5
Hey everyone,
In the connected store, I can see that Connected+ is available for my car. I did the purchase as I am keen to make use of the live trip sharing feature, but now that it's activated, I still can't find/access the feature. Has anyone else done this and had success/failure? The genius at my dealer is at a loss. I've got a 2017 340i with iDrive5 Thanks |

Do you use IOS or Android?
In my 2017 M240i is the same with Android. Connected Store says it's available and I ordered it. But no live status or other benefits of + with Android |

Great callout. I am indeed using Android (Pixel 2 XL).
I'll dust off my iPhone and try with that. I did also note in the android app, there is no status about windows being open or closed like in the iOS app version. Maybe this is the same thing. Thanks for a lead! I'll post back the results |
