Tire/mechanic shop

Can anyone recommend a shop where they can mount tires, do rotations, etc. in Maryland? If it's closer to Rockville or glen Bernie, even better. I've taken my car to the usual places and had mixed experiences, I had a guy break my security wheel lug nut, didn't fix his mistake. Had to go get it drilled out by a mechanic, then had to buy a new key out of pocket... Another one took a wheel off and tossed it face down into the pavement in front of me. More recently, one installed new tpms sensors, one of which was leaking, he dodged me for weeks to avoid rectifying the problem.
I'm just looking for a place where cavemen won't be doing the work and care about the work they do...
Any guidance is appreciated.

really interesting that neither of those first 2 shops corrected those problems and paid for it. no way any halfway decent shop is breaking your security lock, drilling it out, then making you pay for it out of pocket, must have been some sketch place

Call up Aktiv automotive in G-Burg. Kevin Lucas is the owner/mechanic who is very honest and knowledgeable. He works on my BMW's and has all the latest software and updates needed for any BMW. Prices are extremely reasonable!
