New Bimmer owner from a Ford Fiesta 54reg!

Hi all,

I'm new to this forum and thought i'd say hello and get some tips on my new ride i recently bought. I'm happy to say i've moved on from a old Ford Fiesta 54 plate 1.4 to a BMW 320D SE 62 reg and i couldn't be happier!

But as it's quite an upgrade, am having some trouble making the most of the features, i noticed there's some sort of camera on the windshield, and i was woundering how to make use of the collision detection, lane detection and all that fancy stuff.

Just recently worked out the cruise control

Ha! Oddly enough, I made the same upgrade -- Fiesta to (first-ever) BMW -- 3 weeks ago. Quite a difference, eh?

No way! It is indeed, from the speed to the tech, after working it out, the amount i spent on insurance and repair cost on the fiesta, i should of bought a new car ages ago! How's your experience?

Let's just say I'm not missing that Ford transmission or turning circle.

I had zero mechanical problems with mine, though. It really was a good little car. Just not remotely in the same class as my new ride.
