Wheel fitment question inside..

So I just bought a 2013 F30 335i w/ M-Sport package and my buddy with an E9X has a set of Avant Garde's that are 19x8.5 +30 Front and 19x11 +43 Rear, with 245/35/19 Front and 305/30/19 Rear..

I know these wheels are ridiculously aggressive, but is there any way I perhaps could get smaller tires to make these fit on my car..?? I've only had my car a week now so I'm still learning the offset's of what fits and what doesn't, but I know many of you guys are quick to know these answers so just thought I'd ask here as well as searching myself..

Thanks in advance..

Tough one, 11" width in the rear is HUGE. I don't think you'd be able to swing it, you'd need to run a 275/30/19 tire and that would stretch on a wheel that wide.

I was kind of thinking the same thing, but the only reason I asked is because I saw a post of someone claiming to run 19x11 with +46 offset and having 5mm clearance, but they didn't say what tires they were running..

Thanks for your input though I appreciate it..

You would need -2.5 camber to run the rears. They're not THAT aggressive, they're just wide. I plan on running the same rear specs and was actually JUST researching this again last night. Those specs are only 1mm more aggressive than my current rears. I was more concerned about the interior barrel clearance.

If you do get them, please post up pics. I have 2 sets of wheels to order and would love to see the specs finalized.

Lol. I knew I remembered this username. What's up broski? Go for it man, I think it should work with no issues. Will need some camber and maybe a hard roll, but it's doable.

Haha yeah brother I just joined the F30 darkside lol..!

But yeah I'll probably give it a shot to see how it sits.. I thought antique copper would look sick on my melbourne red f30, but if not I got my eye on some 666M's as well =)

Welcome aboard brother. My only complaint over the E92 is the electric steering. 18 months later it still feels weird at times. But I think everything else is an improvement. Won't be doing power mods until next year so I'm comparing stock for stock, as we all know the N54 is an animal when modded.

For the wheels though, did you get them from what's his name that was on the forum? I remember him running beefy tires with aggressive copper AGs. Looks like the same set. Can't wait to see them posted on your F30. Should be badass... AND it will confirm for me finally what wheel specs can actually work on here. Lol

Haha yeah I feel u.. I loved my N54 but it eventually became "just another car" so I had to switch it up lol, even tho 500whp is something I miss, I love the 8AT trans on my f30.. And yeah that's my buddy who is selling them so I thought about buying them from him, but idk if it's even worth the trip to try them on if I know they won't work lol..

Getting up to 500whp is awesome, I'm hoping to get the F30 up to 400whp next year. The 8AT is pretty damn great in this car, it's also 1 of my favorite features. Test fit the wheels if you can, by my calculations they should work. At -2.4 I have about 4mm of clearance after my flat roll. The fronts shouldn't be an issue at all either.

Wait.. just read the 1st post again... Lmao.
I completely missed the 305 tire part. You'd need -3 and an aggressive roll to fit those tires. I was thinking they were 275 for some reason, must be another thread I replied to earlier. The wheels will fit for sure, the tires I'm not so sure about.

Haha yeah those 305's are bit meaty lol.. I'd definitely have to get new tires and what not, but idk, it sounds like a little hassle cuz he doesn't live near me.. I thought about keeping my car stock, but it has the Style 416 Luxury Line wheels on there, and they're way too fancy for me haha..
