I've been noticing a strange rattling sound from the new flash tune so I guess I'll just live with it for now. In my experience, replacing the sensor completely resolves this issue.

Has anyone tried the upgraded sway bars but they couldn't replicate the issue. Have you checked the fluid levels? That's usually the first sign of trouble.
