MST with the optional clear cover. I got this one instead (knockoff probably made in the same factory) for 1/2 the price: https://www.ebay.ca/itm/393601293395 |

https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1657791 Otherwise I'd say get a regular carbon strut brace. https://www.ecstuning.com/b-ecs-part...t/000415ecs01/ |

Just a bit of perspex and cut and heat+ bend it into shape. Couldn't warrant paying £65 for it, considering it is just a peice of plastic. A word of warning though- It is really meant for a show car sort of thing and general road driving- as if you're on track and that engine bay is super hot, thermoplastics will warp. And to answer a question from a few months back- it doesn't get all that dusty in the UK, so i don't clean it often, but yes it will scratch even with a microfibre. but seeing as it is plastic, a little bit of plastic polish will fix that right up. Can anyone advise me if there is an aftermarket REAR V brace also?
I found this on ECS tuning. I already have a FRONT strut brace and recommend it (2014 335Xi MT, Dinan stage 1) heartily. Low price. Good results. but I can't find anyone who has put on a REAR strut brace or the so called V Brace. Help. Info?

My f31 comes with that v-brace from the factory and I can't say that it seems to do much. It's not very substantial and I can't imagine it will get you where you want to go.
I agree with im_an_alien - I just put an f22 rear sway bar on mine (15mm rather than 13mm stock f31 bar) and that made a very noticable difference.
