Derby v Nottingham for a guess? Bought a E92 335i from Stratstone Derby a few years ago. Service was shocking from the off and my car had no end of problems in which every one was a battle with them even though it was under warranty. Sytner Nottingham on the other hand were much better.

Sytner vs Stratstone.
It's like being asked to pick your favourite from 2 dog turds. In fairness, I've found Sytner to be better and have bought 3 new cars from them in the past, along with all servicing. Not needed wheels replacing but have had other warranty work done without any quibbles. When choosing my current car, I rang Stratstone (as they were the closest dealer) to see if they could match a (lease company) quote. They said no, but rang back shortly afterwards and said come on in, so I thought there was a deal to be done. When it came down to talking numbers, they were nowhere near the figure I told them over the phone, so wasted my time. When I said 'no' I was virtually marched off the premises. Seeing the salesman's disappointed was oddly rewarding.
