2014 335i X-drive M sport price

I'm about to close the deal on 2014 335i x-drive M sport, and I'm wondering if you guys can help me out to decide if it's a good deal or not.

here's my setup:
2014 335i Xdrive with M sport package
6MT
Heated Front seat
Navigation (not package)
Driver Assistance Package
Black kidney grilles
siruius Radio
wheel lock

$47,875 before tax,tag, and processing fees

Do you think it is a good deal?

You can negotiate 1-2g off I bet. Do this, find all the dealerships in the are and ask for quotes over email. Personally I would add the packages back, it gives you a nicer car and a better negotiating point.
