Your favourite hot sauce?

My wife eats slices of green jalapeno straight out of the jar. Happily sit there with a fork and have half a dozen slices.

Her current favourite sauce is 'Estelle's Gower goodies' "Jacks on fire", which contains naga ghost chillies, along with cayenne chilli powder (just in case the naga are a bit weak). I've actually caught her swigging that out of the bottle !

I also knew dropping Nando's Medium would stimulate some debate.

I had my fair share of battery acid on food. Its fun for a while but gets tiresome as the sweats come on and then next morning

Tis true but I do have a bottle of the hot and x hot sauce I use to add to chillies etc at home. Has to be really mild for the kids so I whack in a load of that in mine.

Chilli Bob's farm is just up the road so I have a ready supply of peppers to suit my mood. My recent batch was made purely from Datil peppers my FIL grew, and has a sweet taste - at first!
