So for cars with three pedals (since crisper shifting is in my hands), the only difference is DTC off so baby burnouts until the DSC kicks in. But also, if i'm understanding this correctly, if I turn off DSC/DTC completely by holding down my magic button, it defaults back to economy or whatever it's called mode? So lighter steering, power curve, etc...

Changes to comfort mode with all nanny's turned off. Throttle sensitivity is also changed is that what you mean by power curve?

On my 340 (8AT, manual mode all the time), I'd have to say there is no torque difference between sport and sport+ for me.

Only difference I can feel is in sport+, I'm not feeling throttle cuts (or reserved throttle opening) in low gear acceleration, or at gear changes. It could be this is what is perceived as "more aggressive torque".

If you're in manual mode all the time the acceleration is probably not much different. Also I suspect that if you're mashing the throttle there's not much difference in acceleration between Sport and Sport + but if you're just driving normally it will hold the gear to red line even under light acceleration and then really pull into the next gear. If your pumping the the throttle a bit it feels just like a manual in the way that it will surge. I love it.

Old thread back

Plus relaxes the traction control system a bit. Without plus the car cuts in all the time everywhere.

But Watch it in the rain tho.

I usually run it in sport in the rain. Sport plus on dry tarmac.

Can I get Sport+ on my car?

I have a manual 2013 335i, is it possible for me to unlock Sport+? I already have the JB4 installed in my vehicle. I am currently in stage 1 but already have all the bolts on to move to stage 2.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
