Turner Motorsport Valved Exhaust

Hey all,

I know there are an ungodly amount of exhaust threads, but in my searching, none seem to mention the valved exhaust from Turner Motorsport. Anyone running this, or know of someone who is? Seems like an attractive option price-wise, especially considering it's a full catback with a valve.

Update: just spoke with Turner and apparently this just came out like a week ago. I'm probably going to order this with their intake and will report back

Was just going to say it just came out. I been considering switching to it myself. So I look forward to hearing your opinion if you end up going with it. I just dropped like 4k on a pure stg2 turbo and dorch hpfp so I'm out for at least a month before I can spend any more.

My car is currently in for a bit of work, so pending a bill on that work that's not astronomical, I'll probably be ordering this within a week if I do end up going for it.

My only concern is that it won't be loud enough, as the muffler looks really substantial compared to other options like Borla ATAK or AWE. Might just have to be the guinea pig though, so others have more to go on as they make the same decisions. Regardless, will update shortly

The way the piping is (dual inlet), could be an unique sound. Not sure why they don't post up couple of clips... surely it was tested.

When I spoke with them I asked the same thing, and I was told there weren't any clips yet. Their YouTube channel does have clips of the also recently released S55 valved exhaust, so hopefully N55 clips are soon to follow.

UPDATE: Just ordered this exhaust. Spoke with Turner a couple times and managed to get them to send me a video of their shop car with this system. They're official promo video with proper sound clips is supposed to be on their YT/IG shortly, but in the little clip I was given it sounded pretty aggressive, but it was just a startup and short rev so we shall see when it gets to me how it compares to other more popular systems. Hoping to have it installed shortly, at which point I'll start a new thread with a full review, videos etc. I'll link that thread here

Interested in side by side pics (i.e., with both exhausts on the ground) if you can get those as well.

Something else i have done is also used the dB meter apps to measure sound levels before/after (cold start, revs, in cabin, etc).

Plenty of pics will be included in the review, I'll get some side by side with the stock exhaust.

Can do some decibel testing before/after as well, I'll try to be as in depth as possible

Following as I'm interested in this exhaust as well. Just wondering, are you Catless/hfc as well? I'm Catless stock exhaust but want some more noise when the valve is open

Nope, my car is bone stock minus an intake. I'll do a downpipe eventually but probably not any time soon. The clips I'll upload will be the Turner catback only.
