That was easy. Rods moved freely once clamp loosened off. Dialed in a quarter turn on each side and quick drive shows might not need as much as that. But such a satisfying feeling fixing something! Will test properly on motorway tomorrow but very happy now!

Thank you for posting this. My m235i had a tiny bit too much toe out. I adjusted it in 10 mins. 1/8 of a turn made a difference I could feel.
