ISTA+ programming/flashing and coding questions
I have a number of questions hoping some forum members can answer relating to F30 and F10 car programming/flashing and coding:
1. ISTA+ replaces ISTA-D/ISTA-P and you can use an ENET connection for diagnosis but require an ICOM for programming/flashing modules? Is this assumption correct? 2. ISTA+ does not have an ICOM Emulator available like you could use with ISTA-P and a Loader? 3. I can use e-Sys 3.30.1 (without Token) for programming and flashing modules? I have full latest 4.35.20 pzdzdata and a regulated power supply? 4. I can use e-Sys 3.30.1 (with launcher PRO v2.8.1.155 - by TokenMaster) for coding and updating CAFD files? Appreciate any feedback, Thank you in advance!

1 ISTA+ replaces ISTA-D/P for F series only. For flashing you can use Enet cable but ICOM is recommended.
2 For ISTA+ there is no need for emulators. Both enet and ICOM works. Only ICOM shows terminal 15 and 30 voltages. But both monitor voltages. 3 Its recommended to use esys without launcher when flashing. 4 yes. It possible to use this as long as you don't try newer cars. Its supports coding upto MY2018 |
