Recommended dealers/CAs for ED?

My CA recently left BMW and I am not really a huge fan of the dealership otherwise. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good CA / dealer with ED experience? My last CA was hugely helpful on the ED process and I would rather use someone who has some experience with it. Thanks!

Try Costco? My dealership did not negotiate on European delivery and I had a great buying experience from them. It was a fixed percentage off MSRP, Not negotiable.
