Interior footwell lights

Anyone know any good plug and play footwell lights? I'm looking for one that can change between that orange/red and blue like the oem door lights.
Cheers

If you didn't get from factory footwell lights with ambient light (orange and white) there is no Plug and play solution, you need to retrofit them, i.e you need to install wiring harness from FEM to the footwell and do some coding.

Yea I do have the from factory ones, but they're a little dim. I only realised they were changing colours once when cleaning the floor at night. I'm just looking for something to replace that light that's a bit brighter so it's more noticeable.

F y I. The OEM door lights don’t change orange to blue, that’s the Chinese knockoffs.

Hi guys,

I am searching for a similar solution for the footwell lights while driving.
So no for the doors and not when you stop the car but while driving to be much more light in the footwell because now you can barely see that light/

I'm not sure but maybe this brightness can be changed using bimmercode, do you have any idea?

The lower level in the foot wells is intentional. So you don’t get your night vision ruined.
It’s a car after all not a discotheque.
But you could play with changing the resistor values to get more light if you REALLY wanted them brighter. Or wear white shoes. Plenty bright then!
Also check this thread out. @Ace320 Did a great job swapping warm white to cool white LEDs.

Thanks Onizukachan for the link provided, I saw it but I thought that is a solution much simple than that
As example, a friend of mine has a Volvo V40 for and the footlight is let's say 1-2 time brighter than the one that we have on BMW so is not bright or disturbing for the eyes at night, is quite pleasant.
This is just an example but for sure a lot of cars have that light much brighter than on F30.
Agree with you that is not a discotheque but that light is like is not there, for F30 at least

Changing the resistor is far easier than finding a light that has all the lighting types in it and fits there and is brighter.
