I have a 2018 330 with nav...While i'm listening to a satellite radio station under "presets", then turn off the car, when I turn the car back on the radio is switched to the same station but under "Satellite". Any ideas why this would happen or how to fix it?

My presets are screwy too. When I save a FM station I'll hit the number and itll take me to a satellite station

When you save a preset it will save what's on the iDrive screen, which can be anything that the screen will show. For instance, if you have nav on the screen it won't save whatever radio station you're listening to, you have to first hit the 'radio' button to bring the radio option on screen, then it will save the station the screen shows you're tuned to. If you save a satellite station to a preset, then change to FM, you can't save an FM station to that preset unless you have that station on the screen. If you don't then when you hit that preset trying to save what you're listening to it will instead go to whatever you previously saved to that preset, be it a satellite station or a nav address.

I'm not talking about the number presets. I'm talking about on idrive under "Media" then those presets.

I've had this same issue since I got my car as well, but it's intermittent. Can you tell if it occurs only after the car goes to sleep or not? For now, I have presets set to a shortcut so it's easy enough to get to.

I did call the Genius line and they said they're aware it's an issue for some cars but had no permanent solution. They only said that if there's a longer delay than normal to pick up an FM or satellite signal, it can kick it out of presets.
