Great driving sir! Hopefully I can drive down to VIR one of these days and do a HPDE there.

Two questions, what pads were you running, and curious if you had a IAT log or at least know what temps you saw there with the Rev9?

I have RE71R 245/40/18 and stock brakes and the M-LSD (clutch based that BMW sells). The camera is a Garmin Virb XE.

I will probably do something about the pads/rotors and go for something I can swap in for the track, but stock has been reliable and plenty fun.

Stock pads, and I do log IAT, I saw around 122F ad the end of the back strait, it was probably 75 out. I usually have water/meth injection, but I had it off this weekend for technical issues.

Was that the peak IAT you saw on the track?

Honestly 122 : 75 isn't too bad given that you were WOT gear after gear for tens of minutes continuously, esp for the price of the intercooler. I might just pull the trigger on one of those.

I went through that video and watched the data overlay on my PC, the VIRB XE doesn't really gather a min/max, but it was at the end of a long strait with WOT the entire way through 3/4/5 (mt) it was 122. There very well might be a higher reading at some point in the weekend but I am not going to watch all that video :-D

For 249 bux a refurb VIRB XE is a great price and it worked perfectly with the Carly BT adapter.
