anyone know how to remove these

HI all,

just brought a F33 and im looking to replace these parts, anyone know how they are removed? can these be removed individually or do other parts have to be removed first?

01 Waist rail, rear left GRAU DUNKEL 1 51437337859
01 Waist rail, rear right GRAU DUNKEL 1 51437337860

Where there are no visible screws all the interior trim parts are secured with clips. You use plastic trim removal wedges to pry the trim off, at least two at a time to spread the pressure across the part. It should be visually obvious if the joints between parts result in having to remove them in a particular order.
