Replaced parts vins don't match

I replaced my Bmw 328i Am Fm Cd Player Radio Receiver because I had taken it to bmw for an update and it gave me a blue screen so I replaced it and now my car won’t play any audio and the navigation won’t work I can’t set the time or date please help I read in another post of steve@codemybimmerit might have activated the anti theft because different vins
