Clip off the stock BMW connectors from the stock subwoofers, leaving a few inches of wire coming out of them and store the connectors with your stock subs in case you ever want to reinstall them. Then just strip the two wire ends and insert them into the red/black spring posts on the Earthquake spacers. Easy!

Also need:

1) Technicpnp harness. See photo.

2) Connections to power and ground.

3) Connection to fuse box under trunk floor. This triggers AudioControl amp to turn on/off with car’s ignition.

I have previously posted tons of details and photos on the above. Just search through Bimmerpost.
Thanks so much for all this. It is very helpful. When looking over the wiring diagram to the ACM-2.300 I’m a little confused about the signal out to subwoofers and the subwoofer signals from HK amp sections. For the 4 speaker wires that connect to the ACM speaker inputs do I just splice the 4 wires to connector A that came with the harness and then connect that to #1 on the harness? Also, when connecting the 4 speaker wires to the ACM outputs, I’m confused as to how they connect to connector B since connector B has 6 wires.

Anyone else do this and have some tips or tricks? I appreciate all the instructions already laid out.
