as far as selling out of state, last time I checked with Jim we had no issues with that. Best to ask him when you call, he will be able to tell you. I know we just did a few last week, but again best to ask Jim
Looks like Jim Martinez is gone from Steve Thomas BMW. Anyone in WA find another contact/dealership giving good deals on extended warranties?

This post makes me glad that I have GEICO Mechanical Breakdown Insurance ("MBI"). It did go up from $55 for six months to $80 some odd dollars for six months and will climb slightly. But at the end of the day, seven years, 100K miles with a $250/incident copay is a great deal.

But only GEICO seems to do this.

That “sounds good” but the devil is in the details, especially with extended warranties (ask me how I know)! Have you used it and what was the outcome. If it was positive, I’m a player.

You need to have Geico and insure from within several months of new. You pay the fee for the 4 years that you are covered by BMW as well.

If your car is totaled and they pay you for a replacement, that cannot be covered.

But a good deal if you plan to keep car from new long term and you do not get totaled.

I can vouch for Jimmy and Christine. I've been shopping around for warranties and their quote was the best!

Reviews are positive. I am still in my 4 years of OEM warranty so I haven't filed a claim yet (and my car hasn't had any failures as yet). They do slightly increase the cost annually but at the end of seven years it is likely to total around $1K.

Not saying it isn't a good deal. Just giving facts.
