Yes but you would need to cutout another opening on the "right" (passenger side) for your second exhaust tip exit.

That would be so much extra work than buying one that fits plus you'd have one side with a single exit and one side with a dual exit unless you did dual exit on both sides and only had 1 tip out each side either way rather than suggesting that will work should tell them to find the right part for their car.
