Sensatec Care Help
Good morning members,
I recently switched from Veneto Beige leather sports seats to Black Sports seats as I'm swapping my whole interior. I didn't even notice (I bought them at night) that the new seats are Sensatec. Realistically, I think they're more comfortable than my leather sports seats, but there's already one small hairline crack on the driver-side entry bolster. Is there any protectant/cleaner you'd recommend to take care of Sensatec and make sure it lasts a while? Thank you! |

The usual upholstery cleaners are fine, but they won't prevent cracks. My seat developed one that I fixed with a patch of this, which has held up for three years and still looks good. When you cut it to size make the corners round to prevent lifting. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0..._title?ie=UTF8

I've switched over to the black seats which are in great shape and I got them at a good price, but admittedly the tan leather sport seats aren't that bad. They're in great shape and feel more durable than the sensatec. I'm thinking of putting the tan seats back just because they seem they'll hold up longer. |
