I agree with that. Alex and company seem to be beating everyone to the punch while delivering a solid product. I'm staying tuned for fueling as thats the next thing we need for the B58. With all these major tuners involved now I'm sure it won't be too long before fuel-it gets involved

I have a 330e (which has the 320i based B48 engine). Since I have an electric engine pushing torque through the gearbox as well, I might want to limit the torque somewhat, I see there's a healthy bump in torque here too, especially in the low/mid end. But if I understand correctly from other threads, I can use the "limit by gear" feature to flatten the torque curve here right, and make sure the total torque level stays within reason?

With ECU tuning, we're no longer limited by software limitation on fueling. If you're asking about exceeding current hardware limitations.. you'll need to go meth/TBI or wait for Fuel-It to start providing some LPFP upgrade or port injection kits.
Just took a ride in my buddy’s 240i its stupid fast! I am shocked how well the automqtic transmission shifts and thing just keeps pulling all the way!

Full E85? How is fuel being delivered? With full E85 aren't there issues using the stock fuel pump actually delivering enough volume of E85 to make sure it doesn't lean out?

I wonder if S55 pumps could swap over or add another B58 pump

They said they found a couple of fuel maps that made it possible.

BM3 FTW! I wonder how far we can push the B58 with that. Where’s my damn Supra better have the same computer as these B58s and not some random Toyota chosen computer for it!

Bigger question, assume that’s a manual 340... so what’s the ZF map going to do since that’s WAY over torque limits.

They are doing this with full E85 and stock fuel system. F80Paul is also using full E85 on the stock fuel system. We might just be lucky with the B58 and stock fuel system delivering full E85, but time will tell once everything is released they might even kick it down to a E50/E60 type of blend ots tune.

But how will ZF handle the torque levels?

What is the estimated availability of this to end beta and be for sale?
Trying decide whether to wait for this or get JB4 or one of the other tunes currently out there. I feel compelled to wait and see what BM3 comes up with.

Can the ZF handle that much torque? It sounds super high based on what the ZF can handle.

Should be ok. Definitely want to do the transmission service every 40-50k.
