Added a turbo inlet, Diverter valve, new plugs (ngk 97506...which might have been a mistake on my part)

74 degrees ambient

Did you spin or did your clutch slip at 2886 rpm?

Boost and load control look pretty good, but you did have some throttle closures to keep things in check, seems to be triggered by the spin/slip. HPFP good. WGDC good.

IAT rise seems quite significant for the short pull duration, 22F. What IC?

You also dont have timing corrections turned on for all cyl. The timing looks decent but not great.

Here is a new one -the intercooler brand is garbage.

Timing doesnt look too bad despite the very high IATs, but yeah the IC doesn't seem up to the task.

I'll probably pick up the VRSF race here soon. Any comment on my plugs situation - I used the ngk 97506 out of the box, and did not change the gap. Do you think I should go back to the stock Bosch units?

Since they are already in there i would just get the IC and make any other changes first, then evaluate if you need new plugs after logging with the new parts installed.

According to the torque output, the car is making 440hp at 6000RPM.

I never really trusted the torque nm values in the logs if that's what you mean, but i suppose 440 crank hp isnt completely unreasonable as an estimate.

I just used a NM torque conversation vs RPM to figure out the estimated HP at the engine. It rounds out to 374whp or so, but peaks higher than most typical tunes.
Are you still using virtual dyno? If so, would you mind comparing it to your STG2+ log?

You're an M235i and i am 335i so i can't directly compare. I would need specs for your car like vehicle weight, tire diameter, and drag coef at a minimum. Gear ratios should be the same.
