Great thread, thank you OP for starting it. Great pics and commentary, all.

Here are our three monkeys. They keep us busy and are my motivation.

Are multiple entries allowed?

Looking North up Loch Oich towards Loch Ness

Taken one October. Must be the only October day ever in Scotland that it didn't hose with rain!

Go for it - the more the merrier. Don’t think we’ll catch the Coronavirus thread at over 140 pages but let’s give it a go....

That thread will eventually die out while this one should live on. Let's give it a shot!

Grandson. And I can take no credit for the blanket. IN my day you took a picture and wrote on the back how old they were....

We do get some blue skies and sunshine through the autumn and winter months.

I am sure it is the car - they were great fun, a colleague had a 4 door version and we used to trade to compare cars - and not the gf that causes the smile (obvs) - although its amazing how gfs create smiles that wives cant...

especially when you have one of each, I am told!

My wife makes me smile everyday through sheer stupidity, genius or just being very positive.

Lad pushed a picture under my door today to cheer me up! Just silently slid in while I was on a call.

Reminds me of the old Spike Milligan story in - I think - 'Adolf Hitler, my part in his downfall'. I'll paraphrase....

Hitler is shagging Eva Braun when there's a knock at the door.
"Who is it?"
"Martin Bormann, mein Fuhrer"
"I'm busy, what do you want?"
"I haff ein message for you Fuhrer"
"Pass it under the door"
Sound of thumping and straining
"I can't mein Fuhrer"
"Why not?"
Pause
"It's in mein head"
Moments later, a paper thin, bloodied head comes straining under the door
"I haff done it mein Fuhrer!"

Well, it was funny in 1971.....

Just a quick one of my office - its an old 19th century canal warehouse called The Straddle in Sheffield. We develop Healthcare software and 95% of our customers are the NHS. We managed to get the building lit up in a vivid NHS Blue in solidarity. Made me pretty emotional when i saw it light up the whole canal.

I've been getting door-notes too.

Don't judge the spelling or grammar - I let it go as she's only seven. (And I'm a publisher so it's very difficult!).
