Yes, all the screws, other stuffs and even installation guide are all in the box.

No, it was on my car perfectly, but you might also go search does anybody who has CEL problem with same Injen intake on you car. My car is F30 N55

mine is a 2013 335 which is F30 N55 as well

Then should be no problem, mine is 2014. My Gruppe M intake caused CEL once at the beginning, then i rescan one more time, it disappeared.
