For your BMW I'd recommend Zimmermann rotors and decent set of pads, such as OEM, Hawk or Akebono. Check out sites like FCPEuro and ECStuning etc.

Welcome!

There is a dedicated forum for suspension, brakes questions. Your question will receive more attention there.

Echoing the same recommendation provided earlier.

There are many brake pads options to consider. Some produce less brake dust (usually at the expense of rotor's useful life).

Do you OEM brake pads now?

Yes still on oem pads. I have 96k miles on them and honestly could probably get another 15k out of them. I just wanted a more aggressive brake now that I'm not traveling as much.

Stay away from the Hawk 5 pads, they squeal like banshees. No matter how many times I broke them down, cleaned, greased, rinse/repeat they would not quiet down. Switched to Duralast gold pads in the interim and squealing is completely gone.

FCP Euro for the W.
Zimmermann Rotors and Akebono pads. Pads included the wear sensors.
Replaced the rotor screw with stainless steel version, replaced caliper bolts, and anti rattle clips too.

Weird. Are you using the BMW/Brembo dimpled/slotted rotors? I'm on my second year and ~15k miles with the Hawk 5.0 pads on stoptech drilled and directional 345/370mm rotors. No issues with noise.

I'm not. I purchased OEM Zimmerman rotors from FCP when I did my brake/rotor job.
