Hello all,

Redoing my lower chain assembly for the oil pump and vaccum pump was wondering if both require to be in time with motor? On ista P nothing was stated for timing either but, I had a code of crankshaft and high pressure shaft (vacuum pump/HPFP) not being in sync. Also on ista P it showed a crankcase cap for the oil pump chain tensioner but i’m looking at my block and confused whether that really comes out?

Any help is appreciated and photos are attached.
