It's the distance sensor for automatic cruise control

How is the noise and vibration with the Vorshlag front camber plates? Anything else to note with them? I've been reading around but want to hear your opinions.

Sorry for the late reply, haven't been on these forums for awhile. I don't hear anything to be honest, no vibrations that I know of.

No BBK issues with RS-DF, only LM's. Thank you for the kind words!

Also some pics of my new project, always wanted one of these after I had my DC2 stolen in college.

Another update! Doing some catchup since I realized I never updated my engine bay mods, also a few interior mods.

-Gruppe M Intake for the 320d: Link
-Auto Refine Co. Front Strut Bar
-CPM Chassis Tuning Front End Brace
-3D Design Paddle Shifters: Link
-OEM M3 Paddles (had a OEM style version and hated it, Link to my OEM vs OEM STYLE comparison)
-M Performance Steering Wheel Trim
-M Performance Armrest Trim in Dry Carbon (swapped my gloss with someone)
-M Performance E-brake Handle in Dry Carbon (swapped my gloss with someone)
-Leather M3/M4 Glovebox
-Phone Adapter Delete - Flat Pad

My engine bay mods were all JDM themed, I got the inspiration from taking a look at JDM builds on Instagram such as this guy and various Studie AG builds. The Gruppe M intake is easily my favorite mod, I took it off finally since I had to take off my mods as my car is going in for the EGR/Transfer case recall, so I had a time to clean up the filter and the intake itself.

Also installed some M performance parts (some traded) to complete my "dry carbon" trim. My armrest and e-brake were actually meant for an M3/M4 and came with the gloss carbon trim, but I found someone that had the dry carbon trim made for F3x's and we traded! Also found a cheap full leather M4 glovebox on eBay and just swapped it out for the hell of it. Finally got rid of my "OEM Style" M3 shifters and picked up an OEM set, did this so it could compliment my 3D Design Paddle shifters since it deserves better! One last thing, got rid of my phone adapter and added the flat pad (MORE SPACE!!).

Photo dump starts now!

Really nice work! That M4 had the same Merino with white stitching the f80 I got my armrest and legbolster console top from. Any plans to get the rest of the extended leather and swap out?

Most likely not, from my research I would have to get an entirely new dash. I'm just messing with the glovebox anyways.. it'll get swapped out if I get tired of it.

You and I can relate on a lot of things, like our JDM heart haha. I also had a DC2 with the JDM front end in high school. Bought another DC2 a few years ago with 40k miles but ended up selling that for my E46 M3.

How was the tires on the Arc8 setup? Any rubbing or fitment issues? I'm getting 18x9 ET30 and not sure if I want to run 255/35 or 255/40.

I ran 255/40 but it required some camber depending on your height. If you plan on lowering, you'd need some camber plates up front. You'd need -2.5 all around if you plan on being as low as I am.

Also great taste! I have a DB8.. an E46 M3, and the wagon currently.

Bonehead fart moment. I think I need an E9x snap-in adapter and the Fxx wireless charging cradle for what I need to do. Nevermind!

Thank you. Looks great. If you have a chance please post a pic of how it looks under the car - where it mounts/welds to the muffler. You mentioned lengthening the pipe some.
