I believe OP won’t be replacing it. Was hoping he can experience a b58 for me

Means he gets a lot of cash in return though unless he owed a lot on it.

Since you mentioned that driver door was stiff to open, then the shock might have been hard enough to warp the body / chassis on the driver side as well.
Given the configuration of how you hit that concrete barrier, too many panels, were damaged, including the fender, both right doors, side skirts, suspensions, struts, links, parallelism. Given how OEM spare parts command such a high premium, it was deemed to be a total.
I'm glad you're safe. That's the most important thing!

While health is irreplaceable, cars are easily replaced. At least now you can indeed embark on a shopping spree.

Looking forward to seeing pictures of your new vehicle.

Sounds like they came to the ,logical conclusion, if you plan to replace it like for like now is the time to select your colour and trim choices as there will be plenty sitting on forecourts at the minute unsold,,,

That's correct! I am going to hold off on any purchases for now, maybe re-visit in a few months. Have a Ford Fiesta to use for now if needed

Now that that's settled, what happened? Dozed off? Texting while driving? Lost control?

Haha, lost control, was coming around a bend on a dual lane road (70mph) limit, something in the road, big lorry swerved, I swerved over/under corrected (no idea what) and collided with the concrete central reservation...

Congratulations, I definitely wouldn't want to deal with a car that had that much repaired!
