Wiring diagram for trunk latch circuit

Does anyone know where I can get the wiring diagram for the trunk latch circuit on a 2014 F30? Or how to test the latch? I bought a replacement and original and replacement won't work. I've tried everything including visual inspection of wiring in trunk and testing button with meter. Thanks, John
