I am the second owner of the car and purchased in Feb 2017 with ~15k miles from East Bay BMW (Pleasanton, CA) as a CPO so I have added about 50k miles to it. Mostly used as a commuting car and it has only seen snow once since I have owned it. I knew the prior owner and spoke with him about the car. He is a business executive who lived out of the area and used this car while he was in town. He spec'd the car when purchased new and I believe only left 2 boxes unchecked. Sticker was ~$62k when new and I *might* have the original window sticker filed away. CA car through both owners. Will add any other relevant details I can find in records/as I remember them.


Items to note:
-I have kept all records and am happy to pass those along to the new owner.
-Most maintenance I have completed myself but early on there were some items covered under CPO or maintenance done at the dealership. Will be in my records.
-Oil changed every 5k miles with BMW branded oil.
-The car was used for commuting and has some wear (scuffs/marks/etc.) to show for it.
-Twice while commuting on the freeway the car was hit by rocks from a dump truck. Once on the roof (small) and once on the middle of the hood (noticeable).
-One of the pistons on the trunk seems to be going; just occurred in the past couple weeks and will look into when time permits.


Recent maintenance:
New rear calipers and rotors about 1k miles ago
New spark plugs about 3k miles ago
New cabin filter about 1k miles ago
New battery within last 10k(?) miles (in records)
Oil change at 65k
