Where do our fuel trims max out?

Hey guys so quick question since I can't seem to dig anything up on it regarding the N20
I'm running a stage 2 lpfp homemade edition, slapped a walbro 450 in the stock bucket.
Regarding a JB4 log what number would indicate my trims are maxed.
I'll attach a pic for example.
Was running approx E40 mix and had my fuel open loop set to 70
