Hi all,
I know it’s better posting this in 54tech but I couldn’t register there because of the anti spam question. Anyway, I have a 435i EWG with a catless downpipe and JB4 running on map 5.
I am running 95 octane fuel on map 5 and also tried with ethanol mix up to around 20%. Target boost is around 16-17 psi but actual boost only reach 13-14. When I am running on map 1-2, I don’t see this problem and it seems to hit target boost. Worth to mention is that I have original OEM chargepipe (I know I should replace it with another one before it breaks).
Also, when having a bit of ethanol 15-25%, my trim values are quite high.

I have also been playing around with the duty bias and changing it to 45 have helped a bit to come closer the target boost, but there is still a gap.

Any experienced JB4 user that have any comments on this?
