Got the FA coding to work. I was missing the the apply button in bottom right.
Now I want to enable "Activate Enhanced Bluetooth" & "Activate iDrive Office"
This is the info I have for Bluetooth

MODIFY THE READ FA - Change 6NH to 6NK or 6NS from the vehicle FA.
VO CODE - CMB_MEDIA and HU_CIC/HU_ENTRY or HU_NBT

For this my question is how do I know if I should change it to 6nk or 6ns.

As written there, if Build Date is >=0713, I would use 6NS.

For U.S. car and Office, you do not need to remove country controller. L8A is for China spec car.

Ok this is a bad one.

While coding some how the dreaded "Code default Values" button was hit. for a little i freaked out as it seemed my system was bricked. I then noticed the code button was still highlighted so I clicked on it restored that data and thought everything was fine. I did not click the "code FDL" button.
Now when I attempt to connect via E-Sys it does not see my VIN. I have taken backups of the files as I want along each step. I really hope you might have a clue as to what to do because I am kinda back to freaking out a bit. Thanks for any suggestions you may have.

Connection issue is not related to your Code Defaults issue.

Turn car off and wait 30 minutes and try connection again.

Just tried and you are correct it connected just fine (not sure what happened there).
Do you know of any negative side effects I might see from clicking on that code default button?
Also hopefully my last question. I want to code "Activate High Beam Assistant (Anti Dazzle)" it says it requires the vehicle to be equipped with High Beam Assistant. I have the camera on my review mirror if that is what they are referring to. I did not pay the $250 extra for "Automatic High Beams". So not sure

So long as Code defaults did not corrupt any of your CAFD files, and you were able to VO Code all ECU's, then you should be fine.

In your case, without High-Beam Assistant, with the removal of 8S4 you would have only Variable Light Distribution, which is Anti-Dazzle of the Low-Beams. You would not have Glare Free High Beams, which is Anti-Dazzle of the High-Beams.
