You'll need E-Sys and a launcher or another tool giving access to the low level parameters. BimmerCode in Expert mode will probably also do the job.

For F3x cars if you search for REM function values in the form MAPPING_xxxxxxxx_L_PART_OF_WL (also _R_)
you should find a value for xxxxxxxx corresponding to rear indicators or rear lights, something like BLINKER or STANDL.
Change these from not_active to soft_on or hard_on as desired.
