xHp stage 3 tune took my upshift bangs!!!

Anyone encountered such a problem after flashing their tcu? I badly miss the upshift bangs, any idea how to get them back?

I've heard other comment on that.
Faster shifts - no time to fart…. That was the likely explanation.

Try in Sport mode, the shifts are still slower there. Sport+ and DSC off give fastest shifts.

Mine went away too but they came back when I went with MHD BEF. It's probably a coincidence.

Heard the same reason couple of hours ago, loved the upshift sound to the point that i could return stock tcu, the xhp is great and all but im not really that much in need of it tbh

It sometimes farts when shifts slower than usual, but every like once in 10 times which sucks! I'd prefer the upshift bangs than the performance the xhp gives for sth like 60% of the time! I only drive it hard like 40% of my driving time

Samething happend to me, My 340i was in Bm3 Stage2 alone with a lot of backfires when at high RPM

After I flashed in xHp stage 2 , the drivetrain and power dilivery are much smoother, but gone with all the backfire and bangs !
