M performance diffuser

Hey guys anyone rocking the M performance rear diffuser? I been debating on purchasing one for a perfect oem fitment or a simple china made carbon fiber diffuser. Pictures would be great if any F30 owners have this!

Just get one off eBay and save yourself hundreds, fitment shouldn't be a problem. I got a regular flat black one and haven't had issues whatsoever and it still looks great.

Careful of cheap eBay carbon fiber diffusers! This was my experience. Seller argued with me that the bumper had to come off for it to be fitted properly. There was obviously no way this was going to work!?. Cost me $100 to return it.. Ordered one from **********s the other day for not much more than what I paid for the eBay one.

Samething happen to me I ordered one and had it painted gloss black from a body shop and it didn’t fit. I ended up snapping the diffuser in half and tossing it in the recycle bin.. another reason why I wanted the oem M diffuser for a perfect fit I just can’t find any pictures of it on a 340i

I got a poly one off ebay. fitment is 98% perfect. There are no differences between the 335 and the 340 when it comes to the rear bumper. only difference is the tail lights

Bought mine off someone who bought it on eBay. I've saw and heard of some pretty
Bad fitment ones. Definitely check the sellers reviews about fitment prior to purchase. Mine is about 98% fitment. Just a mm or so off on the ride side where the bend is.

Looks Good! I like how it covers the reflectors. Unfortunately the CF one I finally found and ordered doesn't.

the reflectors are wrapped in matte black vinyl to match the diffuser. i didnt realize in the photo how seamless it looks.

lol... I thought it was odd for the polyurathane one to cover the reflectors!?... I've seen the CF ones though.

I believe it was listed as an M Performance style. However I don't believe it's and actually BMW part cause I didn't pay the "M Performance" BMW premium price. I haven't received it yet, just ordered it last Thursday so hopefully I'll get it Tuesday or Wednesday and be able to install it before or just after I have my new wheels and tires installed.

Recently installed an ebay CF diffuser. Fitment was about 95%

Couple little tips
-hang the diffuser over each exhaust tip gently (at first it might seem like its bent downwards) this just makes it easier to install.

-If the tabs are bent downward, DO NOT try to straightening it, (I recall someone recommending that, I ignored that advise, the taps hook way better with the tabs bent downward).

-Mines didn't come pre-drilled, I lined up my OEM diffuser with the new diffuser and marked the holes. Mark the holes 2-3mm higher, you can adjust after for a better fit by drilling slightly bigger holes.

-Make sure u hear a click when u press the tabs in, especially on the ends of the diffuser.

-I also used little rubber washers on my screws, so they don't damage the CF.

It took about 3 minutes to install the M Performance version. Perfect fit, everything lined up.
